Executive Chef Keith Otter is a California native and graduate of The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He began his culinary career at Pascals in Newport Beach. His career has been enlightened by renowned chefs, Julian Serrano of award winning Masa's in San Francisco and Joachim Splichal of Patina in Los Angeles. He was also chef/partner of Otter's Restaurant in Sun Valley, Idaho.
New this season is our 12 passenger van available to pick up your large party whether you are a visitor or a resident, at your clubhouse or hotel, and return you to your point of origin. General Manager and Director of Wine, Sam Fugate, developed his restaurant career through many years of experience with top level restaurants. An avid skier and outdoorsman, Sam travels extensively to stay current with wine and food trends. Sam, along with executive chef, Keith Otter, has formed a team that has been together more than 20 years. Sam's knowledge of returning clientele, attention to detail and ability to recommend pairings of Keith's cuisine with a fabulous list of wines creates a memorable dining experience.
