Sam Fugate, General Manager

General Manager and Director of Wine, Sam Fugate, developed his restaurant career through many years of experience with top level restaurants. An avid skier and outdoorsman, Sam travels extensively to stay current with wine and food trends. Sam, along with executive chef, Keith Otter, has formed a team that has been together more than 20 years. Sam's knowledge of returning clientele, attention to detail and ability to recommend pairings of Keith's cuisine with a fabulous list of wines creates a memorable dining experience.

Executive Chef Keith Otter is a California native and graduate of The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
